Took 4 1/2 hours to drive from Llanelli to Cardiff after the match tonight ... Stopped at every junction ... And had it not been so cold, may have ended up sleeping in the car!
When I got to Bridgend, I felt I couldn't continue on the M4 due to the high volume of traffic, & the subsequent lights.
Having suffered migraines in the past, I have never had one we whilst driving solo, it really was quite a scary episode. I was so glad to get home, & have now slept it off !

Does anyone else suffer migraines ? What medication do you take (I've been using Sumatriptan for years, but am wondering if something new/better is available now) ? And what are the triggers that bring the on ?

I know chocolate is one on the triggers for me, but avoid this now, and certainly didn't have any today.

Yes Jon, only recently got them. Have to agree they are very scary if you have never had them before. I take Nurofen if i can feel one coming on. Triggers for me are stress and artificial lighting
