On Sat., Tagi made a mark but had injured his knee. There seemed to be a brief discussion between Tagi, Ken and the ref. Tagi then placed the ball on the ground and as far as i could see (I was pretty close) didn't touch it with his foot, but simply passed it out (to Rhys?) which re-started the game. Is this legal (assuming that is what happened)? I answered this question in another thread at the time as there were two questions on this in different threads. I did see what you wrote - but as I say, I didn't see his boot make any contact with the ball (though of course I could be wrong).
