nice to see an effort being made to maximise income from the parc.

Nice to see them providing a more rocky music vibe rather than the plastic manufactured music they've promoted in the past.

It's not always about where you end up, it's about how you get there.

Great stuff. This will attract thousands instead of some randomly named indie group.

This should attract "the over 25's" !! Well done Scarlets for going for this - won't be cheap at all these guys.

£38.50 each
Yessssssssssssssssss....................marvellous news... Great choice of bands , they've been around since the 1830s so they've accrued a massive quo following. All those 70s rockers will be rolling back the years...I foresee a healthy crowd, a good craic, be interesting to see who supports them? maybe some local talent? Hopefully this will help fill the coffers too...Bravo to the scarlets for putting their foot back in the water...Let's hope this is the first of many..Clap

First time they've ever been to Wales, they sold out across America, they make dirty sanchez look like a bunch of shamateurs

Fashions come and go but some things never change, people will always love rock n roll and they'll always pay to see madcap stuntmen like eddie kidd or evil knievil do their crazy stunts flying their motor bikes through hoops of fire and leaping over London buses etc

It's their last full tour with an electric set and they will continue to do selected gigs in the future just not full tours. This tour continues into December so it's not their last gig, but having been a fan since I was 5 in '73 when I heard 'Caroline' and a veteran of many Quo gigs, this one does rate very near the top as far as my excitement goes :) Ticket bought via pre-sale on Wednesday, and I'd wager that this gig will push close to a 5 figure attendance.
Very good move by the promoter/club, hit the demographic of an older crowd who like their music and who will undoubtedly hit the bars on the day :)

Just be careful in the stands everyone, if everyone jumps up and down at the same time, the stands might fall down LOLLOLLOLWinkWinkWink (can't remember who said this back when the stadium was being built, but the comment still sticks in my mind to  this day LOL)

Cracking news bagging the Quo at Y Parc for sure, will be an awesome night!!! ClapClapClap

'Not at All', 'What you're proposing' is 'Lies' mun. If concerned you could send an email 'Again and Again', 'Dear John' Daniels, 'Ain't complaining' but will there be '20 Wild Horses' on the pitch ...
