Motor  Neurone  disease,  is such an awful cruel and progressive  illness,  so hard for individuals and their families. 

He is clearly  positive  and focusing on what's immediately in front of him.

In that I am sure I speak for all on SF to wish him well, in this fight.

Jason was a really talented footballer,  for various clubs and always gave everything  in a Welsh jersey.

Since he finished  playing  many have been benefiting  from his experience in various roles.
