Tonight, while watching the early evening news, nearly fell off the sofa, with the sight of LIZ TRUSS, delivering the "Margaret Thatcher freedom Lecture", in US. A sickening sight ! There she was, resplendent in Tory royal blue, without a tiny shred of contrition or remorse for the damage she did to peoples lives in the UK in her 44 days in office. What is it with these people like her and Johnson, out of their depth, as real politicians but with ego's the size of mountains. Is so hard to apologise to ordinary people for their actions ? These two, have so much in common, with Donald Trump, everyone else is wrong except them ! There is a conspiracy(where have wed heard that before) ? In Truss's case the current Tory leadership, the IMF, even Joe Biden were the those accused ! It all beggars belief. The one good thing of course that it might de-stabilise the Tories even further, but she is so out of touch, no one will probably take any notice of Truss ------------- I stood yer on tanner bank |
