Playing against Merthyr, would be a nice bit of silverware to win the Prem if they make it to the final. Good luck, enjoyed watching whatever matches I could on S4C from the States!

When you look at the experience and quality in the Drovers side ( estimated £200 k player budget) you realise how the Rfc were doomed to fail. Good game to watch with a tight Drovers win

Terrific result for the Drovers but what the **** is wrong with Welsh lineout play ?Daf Hughes lost 3 lineouts in the red zone where does it all go wrong?

ex Rfc player Craig Thomas is the usual hooker but didn’t play today- wondered if he was just dropped for a pro level player ? God knows how the Drovers fit into the new WRU model . They have excellent senior players like Maynard and Aaron Warren and Lee Rees and the best of Rfc players like Ioan Hughes and Craig Thomas and then Welsh international and ex Scarlet Adam Warren etc .. Quins has sunk for some reason and then it’s Ebbw and Merthyr. Next season Pooler joins the league and how will they get on  with the support of the Jeffries family. It’s just so unplanned and unstructured. We need a pathway upwards but god knows what we have at present. We don’t have an RFC anyway! Yes it’s a ramble but based on frustration and thinking how to we improve Welsh rugby top to bottom

Congratulations  Drovers!
A really impressive  display, apart  from a few line outs.
Scrummaging,  was outstanding, and real desire, and passion.
Wonderful support too,so well done to all those who made the trip.
Just one look at the team sheet,  told you that Llandovery, have an experienced, and well balanced side, which is well coached.

I am delighted  for them.
Great news for Llandovery, and the Region.

Indeed Pimp. Everything that the RFC sadly lacked. Competing with clubs like these two was just impossible .

Nathan Hart

With the collapse of Llanelli earlier this season and following the news they won’t be competing in  next year’s competition Nathan Hart has made the decision to move on to Llandovery after several offers from other clubs

Wise move for Nathan.I really wish him well.
It's probably  better that the better RFC players,at least stay in the region, so we can have one really good side to represent us in the premiership.
It's still not known what games rfc will play nest season..as friendlies ?

He has been one of the best players down at the Rfc and hope the move goes well with the Drovers
