At his peak was absolutely one of the best, had it all from fullback and will always be remembered for THAT lions try, I don't want his 2nd stint with us to cloud things over but we paid him a fortune for nothing before he left for Cardiff or wherever.  I'll block that part out and remember the good times - because the good times were very good

I think we got the best of Liam in his first time with RFC and the Scarlets. Scored some great tres and had some truly memorable moments for us.

That body/frame had no right to be put through what it was put through!

Think that was international rugby...was still under contract with Newscastle.

Where his second stint with ourselves wasn’t the success we had hoped it would be, he definitely will go down as one of the top players to have worn the red shirt of this club and he provided many great memories for us.

Watched his retirement video and you could see how much this great sport and being in it meant to him. I wish him every bit of happiness now with his young family. It’s a short career but he achieved more than many players ever will.

Spot on Wil. His fight & tenacity at his best was a thing to behold. When his body started to let him down that fight went over the edge somewhat. Not my favourite Scarlet but a bloody good player in his prime.
