Non contested scrums

I know this is unlikely to occur at the top level, but I have happend upon it once.

If a side elects to start a match with an unqualified Front Row or part of, requesting uncontested scrums, that side are not permitted to make ANY replacements for the duration of the match either tactically or injury wise.

The other side can make replacements as normal.
