I can do Friday evening (at a push) Saturday after the game or Sunday. Next week, Monday or Wednesday is fine too.

Monday or half time (!) probably best for me - could we combine with choir practice, or is that just too silly? xx

Choir practice on Monday will start at 7.30, and finish at 9.30 ish. I think we need a full evening if possible before next week.

Menna, I think your offer to assist / take over the chair duties would be welcomed after Stephen has introduced the evening, declared support for the trust etc.

Monday or Wednesday were better for me.

OK, I can do Tuesday at a push.

I am babysitting the Kids, while the wife goes to college.

So the solution would be to have the meeting at my place.

Then we can all babysit the kids

Can do Tuesday. I could also do Monday and Wednesday - although I think that a Weds meeting wouldn't allow us much time to make changes?

Weekend no good as it's Abbey's birthday party on Saturday (no game for me as it is a sleepover  ) with the actual birthday itself on Sunday.

As I stated above, all are welcome at my place.

To be honest, its the only place I can be at a meeting this week as I have the kids on Tuesday evening.

And Wednesday is a little late for the meeting.

Address is

22 Glanffrwd Road , Pontarddulais, SA4 8QE.

Are we still doing this ?

What time do you want to meet up ?

Is it at my place ?

As far as I know wiz, yes. Barry and I were talking about it at the choir practice tonight. Abbey can't make it due to work commitments, but if it's ok with you, I think that most of us are up for it.

Fancy posting a map on here?

BTW, Any room to park the Landy?

As Dorian says, I will be unable to make it. I apologise profusely, but work has its demands!

A meeting has been called for 5pm involving the Professor of Haematology, Clinical Director, Directorate Manager and Overall Services Manager and myself - which will probably run for a couple of hours.

I will have a half day on Thursday and have loosely arranged to meet Dorian (and anyone else) early on Thursday evening to finalise the presentation.

We need to add a "what can you do" part to it and explain the need to volunteer for the Trust or vote someone else in. Do we know how many people are needed and what the roles are? e.g. secretary etc
