it’s official, they have been relegated for next season.  The weren’t willing to open their books to the auditors so they are gone.  That’s admitting that they have been cooking the books and deceiving their fellow premiership teams.
They should now be forced to return their trophies and titles, which should then be handed to their rightful owner.

Saracens joining pro 14 will never happen. British & Irish league is a different matter. Saracens are due a windfall of around £20M courtesy of the CVC deal - they really are going to jeopardise that with a move to the pro 14. What transpires next to their top stars will depend on the reactions of Gatland & fast Eddie. Natural wastage i.e. non renewal of contracts will get them under the cap by the time they get back into the Premiership which will be for the 2021/22 season.

2nd or 3rd hand from WOL.  Doubt there's any substance in this.

I don’t know whether they will be entitled to that money now they have agreed to be relegated rather than open their books to auditors.  Their competitors may demand that Saracens share be split between them and whoever gets promoted from the championship.  Interesting times for the English game.
They won’t be allowed to join the Pro14 without special permission from the RFU and that would be seen as making some them a special case or giving them dispensation.
Plus I don’t think that all the unions that run the Pro14 would be too pleased either, it would be a political own goal.

Aren't Saracens shareholders in the Premiership? It would be difficult not to pay them in those circumstances.

Think they may have already had it.

If they have had the payment then they have had it, and there’s not much that can be done about it.  However, surely they shouldn’t be entitled to any future payments if they are not competing in the premiership.
If they are, then something is wrong with the contract signed with CVC.
clubs shouldn’t be shareholders or stakeholders in the leagues they play in, they should just receive payment for playing in the league and this should be based on their finishing positions in that league and the number of international players they supply to their RFU.
