That video is bizarre. They want him banned from rugby for tackles around the legs. They think he deliberately targets knees, but I can’t see that being the case. Smashing your shoulder into a knee that his coming to meet you wouldn’t be sensible. I expect he targets the lower thighs.

I wouldn’t mind if we signed Fry. He’s a solid grafter who covers 6 or 7. He's not international class so would be available to play whenever fit.

Where would I be able to watch this video?

It's the comments showing S African players as impeccably coached paragons of virtue that did it for me - blydi, saints, they are. Embarrassed

Saw the video yesterday when researching him. I don't know him but, if it's representative of the wider game, I fear it's a card risk. For me, both tackles are indicative of a horrible modern ouvre - use of the shoulder as a weapon, with minimal pincer movement designed to suggest a wrap, without really being a wrap. They look like flying chop tackles, but they're all about the shoulder.

Ironically, with the directives to reduce tackle height, we might yet see more leg tackle fun and games.

Hoping we improve on Tom Price although he’s very popular in the squad but I don’t think he’s at regional level I’m never filled with confidence when the takes the field.

Great to see all of the announcements this week, and retaining so much younger talent. Any ideas of who else in our current squad who's contracts are up this year, and have to be announced. Obviously Patch and 1/2p are some of the big names who's future's haven't been confirmed, and I would guess that Patch won't be staying following the signature of Ioan Lloyd. Any other big names who have yet to be confirmed?

Well happy with this news. Jac has impressed with his work rate and I’m definitely a fully paid up member of the Morgan Jones fan club.
Only one team plays in red. (Sorry, Scarlet)

Imperative we kept those 2 - Home grown second rows are rare. These guys look very promising.
