Putting this up early.

An opportunity presents itself today to change the trajectory of the season. I’d like to think all at the club have fed on that during the build up.

We are a few guys short of the ideal 23 for such an important game ( a Rob Evs, Samson and Patch in the 23 would raise expectations), however we have a more than decent side out, and one that can win this.

And if we do get beaten, then let it be by the better team, and not by any lacking on our side.

Pob lwc bois.

Huge match this one, on a weekend where the other 3 Welsh sides have let leads slip & being knocked out of the Challenge Cup. Both us & Sale have some discipline issues, kind of feel which ever side overcomes that will win.

Going on a long walk before the match on the coast path to get rid of some of the waiting for kick off.

Good idea - my wife & I are taking our springers for a good blow out in the Brechfa Forest in a couple of minutes to get me ready for a huge game in the context of our season. As Wil has put it we have the quality to win this - good luck bois bach.

South African or local. Both decent. No school tomorrow so could get messy.

We must stop this last minute losing pattern thats spread in welsh rugby. With these new laws the whole game has sped up and the ball in play time has increased too. Its a game of momentum now and once you try to sit on a lead or switch off mentally you can concede umpteen points in no time. This has seen big comebacks on all sides and last minute victories....Great for neutrals but torture for welsh fans lol So never rest on your laurels.. Keep on playing to the very last second

Yes. By far and away the best rugby coverage I’ve come across on my travels. Wall to wall rugby today ( actually most days).
