Stamping ???

   Rather topical I know.......
This was recently brought up at a District Ref's meeting, 
If when consulting a Touch Judge, who reports the incident as, "unnecessary use of the boot" .. the punishment can be a Yellow Card.
If however the word "STAMP" is used by the TJ, the Referee has no choice but to use a RED card.
As you see it's all in the wording, so it is the TJ that determines the card when the Ref is unsighted.
