If someone accuses me of being a little previous or indeed missing rugby I am not going to disagree. Cry
I am working on the basis that our 1st game in mid September will not feature Wyn, Ryan, Javan or Hardy.

Lezana 6 blade to bench for me, is costello our first choice ten now? Any news on halfpenny and sampson yet? Louisi and fifita great around park what they like as a scrummaging pair?

Team for me would be;

15. Rogers 14. McNichol 13. Roberts 12. Johnny 11. Conbeer 10. Sam 9. Cawdor
1. Steff Thomas 2. Shaun Evans 3. WGJ 4. Sam 5. Fifita 6. Blade 7. Josh 8. Kal

16. Taylor 17. Mathias 18. Harri 19. J Price 20. Lezana 21. Dane 22. Patch 23. Scott

For me Sam should be our first choice 10 going forward and I would start Johnny and Joe Roberts in the centre for the first game. Not too sure what’s happening on the injury front with the likes of Ken, Samson, Halfpenny etc so I will assume they are unavailable.

Unless WGJ has shown some marked signs of improvement since returning to training I'm afraid he would be struggling to make the bench in my selection.

From CRYS16 AGM on Tuesday evening, Samson and Joe Roberts are the only long term injuries, while Halfpenny is gradually returning - may not be in mix for start of season, but not long after if all goes well.
