Fair play to the Aussies they are usually good for a giggle. Poor old Novak is having to quarantine with other illegals in a Melbourne hotel after being told he would be allowed in to play the Australian Open despite the fact that he appears to not have been vaccinated which, you guessed it, is a rule of entry if you don't want to do 10 days in isolation. 

It just keeps on giving. Novak admits now to travelling to Belgrade & Spain days after testing positive on 16/12/2021 when his own Government's rules state that he should have isolated for 14 days. If the Serbs had any backbone they would recall him to face charges - no wait I wonder if their system is the same as ours - one rule for the populace, another for the rich, famous and politicians.

Great to see some good news emerge from Melbourne. Andy Murray beats a seeded player in five sets to go through to round 2. After all his problems with hip injuries & almost retiring well done lad a fantastic effort. On court for nearly 4 hours. 

What a performance from Nadal. Not long ago he was on crutches and feared he would never play again. Give me 23 guys with his guts, tenacity and fierce will to win & bring on them All Blacks!!!!!!
