sell or lease the hotel to release funds
flog debentures
surely get a better stadium name deal than principality

then ask yourself why is a charmless ex england fitness coach with the personality of a dead fish suddenly empowered in charge of the whole sport after a few months in the job? then you add his salary and his assistants salary to get paid what he seemingly cannot ..all of course employed by the vastly overpaid uber failure downturn abbey who should never have ahd the job in the first place

Derbies may have big crowds but they haven’t sold out for years. I think you’re making them bigger than what they actually are.

To be fair, the hotel is just about the only thing making money!

£46M borrowed from L&G and just £400k profit in 4 years. That is barely breaking even!

Imagine if they'd just bought £46m of houses to rent out instead.  Then we could also free accommodation to keep players and staff in wales (possibly)

1 derby lost to us, but we’d get another opponent so maybe 6000 gate instead of 12000
6000 ticket sales at say £20 average including kids prices. That’s £17.50 after VAT
6000 x 17.50 =105,000
Been told by the club that average spend per person at the Parc is around £3, but most of that goes to suppliers, tax and subcontractors.
Being generous, it’s a potential £120,000 hit from the derby. Certainly worth having, but not at the expense of another £1m central funding and eventually a better team with more chance of KO rugby.
We're still still here, but I wish we were in an Anglo-Welsh
