If the URC and the Premiership chose to combine you could pull together a 2 division league with 12-14 teams in each. It could either be done on merit or as 2 equalish conferences .With the English teams and visiting supporters then any Bath Gloucester and Bristol games would likely add to gates probably benefiting Cardiff and the Dragons a bit more than us but for the rest with travel time and cost and the inevitable rubbish kick off times I wouldn’t expect many visiting supporters for most other games.

Will great suggestion , can SA14 sort something out , if I am wrong Gareth take me out for an all expenses paid weekend (including fresh veg ) and I shall happily concede defeat ( which is a name for those things at the end of de legs )

Sale v Saracens was a good quality final fair play.
Stormers v Munster coming up. Should he a belter. Big sell out too. SA rugby have been generally dismayed by their Europe and URC campaigns. A win would put that right. |

Commentator says, “Libbok had to show some gas for that”. No he didn’t. He was at half pace as no one really chased back realising that there was no point.

Munster score a try but ruled out for double movement.
Stormers already playing with 14 after Roos being yellowed.They held out well. Penalty to Stormers to clear their lines. 20 mins gone

Another try for Munster ruled out for a knock on on the ground.
Munster much the better side in the first half. Purple patch, even if in their normal not so entertaining fashion. Yet, they’re still 2 points behind and there can’t be long left on the yellow. 26 mins and Munster score another try (Haley) but it might be ruled out for a forward pass

THe pitch is rarely very good in Cape Town. You’d think they’d want a great track for their running. 7-12 after 46 mins, Libbok missing with a penalty a couple of mins ago.
