Did he get a red card?

Tonight, that is.
Two yellows.

Dragons lose 29-21 against the Stormers, so for now we remain in 14th spot.

Dragons put up a decent fight and came near to getting a point or two.  Stormers were truly awful  - so much power skill and talent a dominant scrum but had very little control and rugby nous.  Ill disciplined too. They look poorly coached at the moment and their table position flatters them.  If the Dragons hadn't been penalised  at every scrum it might have been a different story.
It's a thinking man's game

Yes.
Deon Fourie still a great player. Funny when he gave a penalty away not knowing that law had changed a few years ago...

His second yellow was upgraded to a red, so he will attend a disciplinary hearing and no doubt get a ban.

Munster are offering staff redundancy terms as they have hit financial problems it seems.

Players and staff will not be immediately affected, but they will have a smaller squad next year.

I wonder if MVDM is in a benevolent mood and will offer to help them out by cancelling his contract to help eased their problems?

Just a thought!

The new Autumn competition looks to have the makings of a money spinner .The ITV television deal is worth around £45m a competition (£90m for the first 2 tournaments) and unless the present situation causes a rethink Quatar airways are putting in around £20m a competition (£80m for the first 4 tournaments)as tournament sponsors. The WRU share could be almost enough to fund another region- sorry wrong thread.
