The debate on who’s better and who rates who will go on forever.

I understand and agree with the selection of Navidi & Reffell over McLeod or Morgan.
If we were playing anyone except SA, Reffell wouldn’t be in the squad.
Fact of the matter is that Josh is barely back so is a no go and Morgan still hasn’t shown that he can dominate or at least find parity against top end physical players.
I will go back to our game v Sale where the du Preez twins walked through him like he wasn’t there and I haven’t seen anything to suggest he’s at that level yet.

Reffell has shown more physicality than the others and deserves his place over the others right now.

Refell is the in form player. European cup and premiership performance put him above the level Jac is at with the O’s. although thats not to Say Jac shouldn’t replace others on the tour. One injury and he probably is on the plane.

I think it was a toss up between Jac & Basham, though for some reason Pivac really likes Basham. I would have taken Jac ahead of Basham.

Any news on Fifita? I notice hes not in the Wasps squad again. They have him down as injured. I hope were not signi g another to keep the medics busy.

doesnt sound like it Fscarlet. think we are cutting our clothe according to size. reduction in funding will affect. think we need to get a few off our budget at end of next season before we can dip into recruitment again.

the reasoning for lower squads was that no games would take place during internationals so no need for such a large squad.

Cheers both, was as I thought but was hoping for one more signing. 

In other news I see Rees-Zammit & Johnny Williams are holidaying together again, might be handy when he has to come back to Wales.

So Dai Flanagan looks like he’s going to the WRU Dragons (possibly as head coach with Dean Ryan moving upstairs- in other words not good enough but too expensive to sack).
If this move comes off for Flanagan then who’s like Kelly to replace him at PYS.  There aren’t many candidates that I can think of, other than Mark Jones (who has gone on to coach Wales and at the most successful team in super rugby since he was with us last time).
Any thoughts?
