I suggest Crys and the new Scarlets Supporters group actually get together and sort out how they are going to work going forward to avoid confusion and mixed messages. Obviously I don’t know anything about the politics here but it needs addressing I feel

Not qualified to comment on what didn't go well on the night as I wasn't there.

However the hospitality sector is really struggling for full time staff, some entities having to close as a consequence.

Against that backdrop I'm not what can be realistically expected from casual labor base, picked up for just a few hours on a weekend evening.

Investment in Tech to limit the labor challenge (like click and collect, automatic glass fills) will help, but I'm not sure whether it would be better to sub contract the whole bar set up to a catering firm.
