Re Biarritz game, Le Banane Cafe or at the RCT Fiesta at Toulon rugby club seem good options? we can start off at La Banane at 11.30ish on Saturday anyway and take it from there. Perhaps we could all meet at La Banane on Friday as well and then have a little tour? I believe there are a few other 'rugby bars' down by the ground that will have the game on.
Just keep in touch by mobile I guess.
Where are you staying 157cb?

Definitely. Toulon is a sea-front Mediterranean town, there's bound to be some cracking bars in the centre and around the harbour. No need to hole up in an Irish pub. Best bet would be for people to have a walk around and suss it out. We've all got mobiles, as you say, Tim.

La Banane for me too. Never seen the attraction of going to an Irish bar in France.

Le Voltigeur is close to Stade Mayol and Le Banane and is a rugby bar and will have the game on.
Le Navigateur which is on Avenue de Republique and Bar 113 are a short walk from Le Banane and they sometimes have live music and might be an option for later on, on Friday?

Worth having a look into getting 'bundles' for mobiles on the phones' network websites. You can save lots of cash.
