Just to remind everyone out there , that all voters will need to have photo i.d to vote in the local council elections ...it's the first time it's been required and it tends to apply mainly to the young first time voter ...ironically the majority won't vote for the current loony right in Westminster , but let's not start going down that route .....
Funnily enough it was enacted by republicans in the USA , to try and stop people from voting democrat in the last American elections .. When I find the link to the documents that can be used I shall post it here , but strangely the links I have found so far are not working ..strange

Thank for that Kentexile. Can't really see what there is to get over excited about in all honesty. The accepted forms of proof of ID should cover all but a very small % of the population - of those who do not possess a form of ID there is a free service to get one.
