I’m really torn on this one it could be a disaster for us if we win as It will enhance the status quo and we will continue to pick the same players who have under performed for too long.
A breath do fresh air is needed on and off the pitch.
She asks why i still can't answer. I guess its in the blood.

Agree it is one of those games

I don't know if I quite agree with that RR. Front 5 is pretty even I would say with their back row superior to ours mainly because they have the correct balance - Negri is a hard carrier, Connone, the young 8 is a huge presence going forward & their captain at 7 is a terrier at the breakdown. They have the edge in pace & control at half back & their midfield is solid if unspectacular. Our best chance would have been to try to exploit the 13 & wide channels but inexplicably we have left our most explosive runner on the bench.

Do Hawkins & Grady have enough guile to exploit them. Add into the mix a very canny coach - Crowley who spotted Irish problems in the 13 channel with two 12's playing and set his team up so well & the more I dwell the worse I feel.

I'd convinced myself we'd be OK until I read this. Your not wrong-i was!

See nothing in our centres very poor on ball and opened up to easily.
Italy reverting to type and we having the luck of the Irish Welsh Germans and every other country.
Could be the worst thing that happens to us

Italians are beating themselves tbh. Better by Wales but the Italians ripped up the backs so easy the French will love to play us next week.
40 minutes left ...anything can happen.

Wales have just taken their chances so much better... best try was Liam's, who did fantastically well to keep his balance.

We've had a lot of luck with the bounce and poor Italian play or decisions. The ref has been fairly good, though had to be corrected by his assistants a couple of times.

Surely, we can't find a way to lose this one - but, please, don't take any dummies second half... just smash the ball carrier! I'd like to see a little bit more enterprise, too - not so much box kicking. Mix it up a bit more.

I said a while back that Webb was the only 9 in the squad who's form is good - he does what he does very well, and has a better vision than the others. Tomos W and hardy should not have been picked in the first place on this year's form.

It pains me to say it, but Webb is on fire today. Great game from him so far. We are lucky Italy can’t score for love nor money though - most other teams would have buried those chances and be well ahead on the scoreboard

Poor display. Italy far better team. Luck was on Wales' side today. Ref was poor. Hawkins and grady MIA. Neil jenkins bragging up Hawkins, to me he was shocking. And that is being generous.

Webb deserved MoM and the best 9 for Wales this 6 Nations despite having less pace than most props.
Our defence and clearing out is hopeless. Fitness levels are questionable. Pivac has done a great deal of damage in his 3 years. Trouble is there's not a lot of quality coming through - very weak, especially at 3, 8, 9. 10. 13. I'm not over the moon at that performance.
What's going on?

Wales won but looking at it, the Italians threw 6 or 7 chances away, cut us up in midfield so easily and ran through us, if they had finished what they started they would have won. That's the reality of it, the most creative side lost and I even thought was Owen Williams playing.
We haven't turned a corner and we are truly boring and France will put a cricket score on us with this side.
10, 12, 13 against French class will be embarrassing....dont understand the enthusiasm for these players as they were up against Italy....not France.
They even ran through us from their own 22....this back line of Wales is rubbish.
