Guys in the Northampton kebab shop started taking the mick out of me and Geordie Wil, can't think why. So, we had a chat to them in Welsh, Geordie nodded dutifully every now and then, and the suddenly became far nicer. God kebab too, except it went all over the red trousers.

Sal, he did mention the Guiness stains on my shirt, but I explained some drunken, albeit understandably excited young man, had thrown his pint over me in a moment of excuberance some 6 hours earlier.

We don't really do kebabs here. Late night burgers/chippers, really. I think Eddie Rockets is open late, and their burgers are thoroughly worth it. Big solid lumps of meat. On O'Connell Street. There are various chippers, etc., open in the middle of town, so you'll be grand.
