I've got a Coldplay setlist from when I saw them in 2001. They were ok then. Animals, Murder, Shiver. Nice tunes - a world away from the rubbish pop synth that they do now.

My daughter went to see Coldplay last week and really enjoyed it,one of those where i wasn,t interested as they are in my view ok, but now wish i had gone

Next week The Boss is in town and in the same predicament. Hear he does a great show but he aint one of my favourites... and it,s £60 a ticket !

Next live music for me is Slade and Sweet in December. Wife bought tickets and now realises that Noddy won,t be there and the lead singer of Sweet won,t be there unless Derek Acorah is present. Not my era obviously, but this is what you have to put up with, being married to an older woman Wink
Toontotown challenges have now raised £101,321 for charity www.toontotown.co.uk

The Sweet did a couple of good albums without Connolly, still a great live band (Queen ripped that band off big time, listen to the multi tracked vocals on Sweet's early albums!). Springsteen is a world class live act, and he still donates to trade unions/strike funds (even gave to our miners during the big strike), absolute top man.
Coldplay still sit in the insipid pool of blandness thoughLOL
