Tomos Williams is good too. Very underrated player.

I thought they did better than expected. What needs to be remembered is:
Wales. A newly put together team playing against a team use to playing with each other and having recently played against several tough sides...
Wales A new coaching set up
The chaotic backdrop  currently engulfing Welsh rugby

I can guarantee your making the atmosphere better ....well maybe not lol LOLLOLLOL

Think I've said before. Went to the Wales V England World Cup warm-up match at the Principality. Couldn't get tickets myself, but got given two tickets for nowt from a mate who just happens to work for a major sponsor.

We were there for the complete haul. These two ladies next to us turned up 20 minutes into the game, pissed as farts, smelt like their emptied a bottle of Channel over their heads, wore England shirts, carried on drinking, left 20 minutes before the end, and who knows where they ended up. Either way, a complete embarrassment LOLLOLConfused

Genuinely forgot that Wales were playing this afternoon and just saw the score (as well as 25,000 unsold seats , even after basically giving away tickets).
Were we as bad as the score suggests?
Correct  Abbey.
I used to occasionally  enjoy internationals from the non alcohol area behind the posts. Come early and leave the ground later, after the game, and all was fine.. On the field we were decent , masking the crisis which was soon to evolve,  ( starting with  Roger Lewis).
Now I don't  even watch Wales games, complete waste of time.
It's not that I don't  care,  I do passionately,  but its a far too painful  experience  these days.
Today, after some shopping, I re-potted  some of my cacti,  turning the TV on to catch the score then turning off immediately.

The way things are going I will be just watching  community  rugby  soon.
Proper competitive rugby games , played in the daylight.
Very  enjoyable

Hard to take many positives from that match honestly. 50k crowd, that has to be a record low. Meanwhile the WRU look to disenfranchise more!

Think the positive from the supporters perspective is that Reddin was there to witness it first hand. People/supporters are starting to vote with their feet.....I've never seen so many empty seats at an autumn international.

New Zealand next, which will pack it out, but after that......there's poo loads of tickets left. Japan next, and then South Africa outside of the International window LOLLOLLOL Good luck with that Reddin, you're better off persuading Georgia to play a one off game against Brazil.

Must admit I am struggling to see what all the fuss about LRZ's return is about. For sure he is quick but what else does he offer. Pretty poor defensively & hardly getting involved from the blindside wing. Our back 3 needs to be re-thought. Argentina had 5 back 3 players on show yesterday who would be first choices before ours with Mallia & Isgro on the bench.

Looking at the Japan game & our injuries back row is going to be interesting. Guess Morse will start at 7.

Sorry GPR he does make things happen bit of luck would have had try. He is class above what else we have the problem is inside him when you think of the centres that have worn the Welsh shirt then what we currently have is embarrassing by comparison. I suppose give Hawkins a go at 12 and Hennessy at 13. I don’t think L Sherrat will drop Thomas unfortunately.
Blair and Tom were a disaster in defence and will be lucky to start again next week.
Deaves deserves a start at 7 and Morse at 8 Wainwright at 6. Give Fender a go at second row failing to see what Jenkins offers other than giving 100% he not that great.
Rhys Carre is an embarrassment I don’t care what anyone says Gatland was right to do what he did, unfortunately he did not take heed and get fit, he is happy to play a subs role at Saracens coming on when defences are tired.

She asks why i still can't answer. I guess its in the blood.

I don't dispute that LRZ probably starts but he is no world saver. He wouldn't get anywhere near the Argentinian back 3 or subs. Blair is too small for an International 15 with the current propensity for attacking aerially. Rogers has been one of Wales' most secure players under the high ball but had a bad day. I wouldn't be too hasty to judge the back 3 overly as 10/12 & 13 inside them were all over the place. Carre starts most games for Saracens but he should have come on for the final 30 minutes with Smith starting.

You didn't miss much to be honest Confused We were 14 - 0 down after 10 minutes and were chasing the game from there. We did have some decent patches, but given our game time since July and Argentina coming here after just finishing the Championship, it was a much predicted result......but I wasn't expecting 50 though to be honest.

We'll do well to beat Japan, they gave Ireland a tough game on Saturday, and only ran out of gas in the last quarter. They won't have that problem against us, so it's going to be very interesting......including how many people turn up to watch Confused
